New Property Launches in choice locations like Bishan and Thomson have been attracting interest from home buyers, despite the recent curbs by the Singapore Government.
Some analyst has attributed the increased in interest due to softening property prices as well more incentives given by the developers
Potential buyers has been checking out Capitaland’s latest project in Bishan Sky Vue, since its showflat has opened for viewing for the buyers.
Despite only 1/3 of the previous project Sky Habitat has been sold out, analyst has predict a better picture for Skyvue given its price as well as the sizes which cater to more traditional Singapore buyers. Prices will range from $1,380psf to $1,550psf. Sky Habitat caters for buyers who wants more of a landed property feeling in the sky.
Given that more buyers will be sensitive to price changes as the comparision between Sky Vue and Sky Habitat, it will be interesting to watch how The Hillford at Jalan Jurong Kechil will fare given that the absolute price will be lower as it is only a 60 year lease.
The Hilford at Jalan Jurong Kechil is set to launch this year end by World Class Land.
